Look at the first gif, is Bill trying to glamour Sookie? I never really paid any attention to that before.
Notice how scruffy Bill is here. Not until he finds out that Sookie is a “proper girl” looking for romance that he cleans up, shaves, and wears nice clothes to meet her at her Grans. Bill is very adaptive to the situation. Procurer must know how to entrap his prey.

Yep. She tells him outright, when he tries to blatantly glamour/seduce her, to treat her as a lady. So, the very next time they meet, he is shaved, and his manners are altered very markedly.
